Job Title: Inventory Admin Assistant
Location: Jurong Food Hub
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm (5-day work week)
Salary Range: SGD 2,200 - SGD 2,800 per month (salary will commensurate according to experience)
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Admin Assistant to support our inventory and seafood processing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, a good understanding of inventory management processes and systems, and a willingness to grow in a dynamic work environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities (not limited to below)
  • Maintain and update inventory records accurately using inventory management software and Excel.
  • Assist in daily stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
  • Monitor stock movement and highlight discrepancies or low stock levels.
  • Coordinate with procurement, coldroom, and operations teams for inventory flow and accuracy.
  • Generate regular inventory reports and assist with audits.
  • Support administrative tasks related to inventory and logistics.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
  • Good understanding of inventory management principles and software .
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
