The Global Business Unit Demand Planner is responsible for creating an accurate, data-driven demand forecasts that guides the entire supply chain, directly influencing customer service, inventory investment, and production efficiency. Translating market signals, historical data and business intelligence into a reliable demand plan, to enable better decision making across sales, operations and finance – reducing stock-outs, minimizing excess inventory and improving overall profitability and agility to the organization. This position reports to the Senior Director, PSI & Business Analytics and is part of the Global Integrated Supply Chain located in Singapore and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop and maintain an accurate statistical and consensus forecast Lead the demand review process within S&OP Identify demand risks and opportunities Monitor forecast accuracy and bias Translate the demand plan into clear and actionable signals for Supply planning. The essential requirements of the job include: Proficiency with planning systems (e.g. Kinaxis Maestro, SAP or other APS tools) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and turn insights into actionable forecasts Business acumen and understanding of end-to-end supply chain in a global manufacturing organization Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant field Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role Ability to travel regionally and internationally up to 25% of the time It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Kinaxis Maestro Advanced Planning System An experienced understanding of the RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Actions) and Counter Measures (CM) processes and Action Plan implementation.
