Roles & Responsibilities *Note: This is a 9-month contract role About the Role We are seeking a UX Researcher (Contract) to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to conduct research that informs product strategy and design for digital products that impact millions of users globally. You’ll apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate actionable insights that shape the future of user experiences across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to identify and prioritize research questions for global products with an APAC focus. Design and execute end-to-end research studies using various methods (e.g. interviews, surveys, usability testing, field studies, concept testing). Synthesize and communicate research findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product direction and strategy. Advocate for the needs and perspectives of users, creators, and businesses in the region. Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals. Partner with external research vendors when needed to support project delivery. Contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration within the UX Research team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics). At least 5 years of experience in applied product or user experience research. Strong command of qualitative research methods (e.g. in-depth interviews, usability testing, concept testing). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience translating research insights into strategic product recommendations. Background in live content, commerce or creator-focused products is advantageous.
