Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the client service units and call centre, to ensure quality service is rendered to front office or other stakeholders.
  2. Act as a liaison person between front & back office to facilitate Onboarding process as well as the transactions related task. transactions related task.
  3. Support front office in servicing clients including attending to client's instructions, requests and enquiries.
  4. Monitor day-to-day account activities, including opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and ensure all tasks have been handled within turnaround time.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their financial needs and goals. This includes regular communication and personalized service.
  6. Monitor internal SOP and designated duties are carried out diligently and adhere to the P&P, rules and regulations.
  7. Contact point for front office with regards to any operations and adminstrative activites. Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns front office may have with their accounts or services.
  8. Support new product/business initiatives.
  9. Handle complaint on a timely manner and report to the HOD if there is any.
  10. Any ad-hoc task / project related

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management , especially with high-net-worth clients
  • Experience managing client service teams and operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Leadership, problem solving, decision making, customer focused, strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Stakeholder and customer oriented, keep abreast with related MAS rules and regulations
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to address and resolve client issues efficiently, open minded and adaptable to change
