Job scope As our EHS Specialist, you'll champion workplace safety, environmental compliance, and employee well-being. From risk assessments to safety trainings, your work ensures a safe, sustainable, and compliant environment for everyone on our team. What You'll Do Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs across the company. Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Coordinate mandatory safety drills, audits, and compliance reporting. Deliver EHS training to employees and ensure awareness of best practices. Collaborate with management to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures. Keep up to date with EHS regulations and industry standards. Who You Are Over 2 years' experience in an EHS role in chemical laboratory (Wet Lab), or related industries. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, ISO standards, and environmental management systems. Strong communication and training delivery skills. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to solve problems proactively. Passionate about building a culture of safety and sustainability.
