Job Title: Stall Supervisor Occupation: Food Stall Supervisor / Operations Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities: Operations & Team Supervision Lead and manage stall operations during opening and closing. Arrange staff schedule, assign duties, and supervise performance. Ensure food quality, consistency, and service standards. Handle customer complaints and provide service recovery. Inventory & Ordering Monitor stock levels of ingredients, packaging, and supplies. Work with suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries. Prevent wastage and maintain stock rotation (FIFO). Administrative & Cash Handling Daily sales reporting and cash reconciliation. Oversee POS system, voids, refunds, and cash flow. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of F&B experience, preferably in a food stall environment. Able to lead a team and handle fast‐paced operations. Strong communication skills in English and/or Mandarin. Familiar with HACCP / SFA hygiene requirements. Able to work weekends, split shifts, and public holidays.
