Job Title: Integration & Automation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions across integration, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing scalable solutions to meet business needs, including integration, workflow automation, and knowledge management.
  • Providing day-to-day operational support for assigned platforms, ensuring system availability and data flow integrity.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and deliver fit-for-purpose applications and enhancements.
  • Monitoring and maintaining integration processes, API endpoints, and middleware performance, ensuring optimal system stability.
  • Improving workflow automation processes for approvals, notifications, and task routing across systems.
  • Maintaining and monitoring Knowledge Management platforms, ensuring system stability and user access.
  • Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution, patching, upgrades, and security compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for platform configuration, processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Engaging in planning and delivery of platform upgrades, migrations, or new deployments.
  • Supporting change management activities, including impact assessments, UAT coordination, and deployment rollouts.
  • Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 5-9 years of experience in application/platform development and support.
  • Hands-on experience with Boomi platform required.
  • Advantageous to have experience in workflow engines (e.g. Nintex, Power Automate) and knowledge systems (e.g. SharePoint).
  • Supporting and troubleshooting production systems, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation (JSON, XML), and event-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to engage users, manage expectations, and drive resolution of platform issues.
  • Organised and self-driven, with good coordination skills to support multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ability to maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles.
