Leather Goods Category Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical individual to join our team as a Leather Goods Category Manager. This role is instrumental in curating an elevated product assortment while driving commercial success.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies that reflect the brand's luxury positioning and aesthetic.
  • Partner with retail, and clienteling teams to curate collections tailored to regional markets.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize product mix and inventory levels.
  • Lead the implementation of in-store product launches, capsule collections, exclusive events, and store openings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align merchandising with campaign storytelling and brand moments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of merchandising managerial experience gained within a fashion and/or luxury environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Precision, strong time management, and organizational skills.
  • High availability and responsiveness.
  • Good time management, able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
