Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project / programme schedules and establish clear project / programme deliverables and milestones. Ensure successful delivery of project / programme scope and targets while managing project / programme risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget. Spearhead design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers through active leadership of motivating and facilitating research rigour across multiple research institute project teams Lead and drive quality, procurement, finance and legal challenges Drive design / process validation testing, best practices and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical / engineering processes and lead teams throughout the project development cycle. Lead, monitor and report the progress of the multiple projects / programme to all internal and external stakeholders. Manage and implement project / programme changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk.
