Job Title: Senior Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled contract specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts from tender submission to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing contract documentation, including tenders, letters of intent, and contract agreements;
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers;
  • Liaising with various stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and disputes;
  • Maintaining accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and other relevant documents;
  • Conducting regular reviews of contract performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery;
  • Providing support to the project team in relation to contract administration and dispute resolution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in a related field, such as law or construction management;
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field;
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
