Quality Technician -CMM | (ID: )| Budget up to S$2.5k (ATTN: SUNJ)Perform various inspection tasks according to the laboratory schedule. Perform dimension measurements of three-coordinate, projector, height gauge, etc. according to the requirements of the drawings and issue reports. Perform dimension measurements of process start-up parts and process inspection parts according to the requirements of the inspection work instructions and feedback the results. Responsible for annual product dimension inspection and reporting. Responsible for the implementation of 5S in the measurement room. Regularly inspect the measuring equipment and monitor the ambient temperature and humidity as required. Report unqualified items or equipment problems to superiors in a timely manner. Summarize and archive various records and reports. Participate in the annual review of measuring tools and the provision of MSA data. Participate in the acceptance of measurement auxiliary tooling and process inspection tools. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. Who we are looking for: Nitec & Above in Mechanical or polymer materials or related studies More than 2 years of three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM) operation experience At least 2 years of injection moulding parts measurement experience. Knowledge of GD&T and able to quickly read the drawings, understand the measurement requirements and measure accordingly to the drawings. Able to independently write CMM programs and operate three-coordinate measuring machines, and those who know Wenze or Zeiss three-coordinate measuring machines are preferred. Able to use Three-coordinate CMM, FARO joint arm measuring instrument, projector, height gauge, roughness meter, micrometer, plug gauge, etc. Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply”.
