Overview
As the
Lead AI Design Strategist , you will be instrumental in establishing and scaling our AI design practice within CIB platforms. You\u2019ll define the frameworks, principles, and tools that shape how AI is integrated into our products
delivering intelligent, intuitive, and impactful experiences for our coverage teams. Your background in fintech or large-scale corporate banking platforms gives you a deep understanding of the complexity and opportunity in this space.
Job Responsibilities
Define the AI Design Strategy : Develop and own the frameworks and playbooks that guide the design of AI experiences across our CIB platforms
including conversational UX, co-pilot models, agent-based systems, intelligent automation, and explainable AI (XAI).
Shape the Experience Vision : Use wireframes, journey maps, and design artifacts to communicate your vision clearly and align stakeholders across product, engineering, and data science.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product owners, business leads, data scientists, and engineers to shape problem statements and define solutions that meet both user and business goals.
Lead with Influence : Work alongside our AI service and product designers to align design strategies and ensure cohesion across the product portfolio.
Embed Research & Analytics : Collaborate with research, analytics, and value capture teams to uncover user pain points, validate ideas, and identify opportunities to improve experiences through AI.
Be Hands-On & Entrepreneurial : Balance strategy with execution. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, testing ideas, and iterating quickly
while also advocating for the long-term value of great design.
Champion Design for AI : Evangelize the role of user experience in AI and lead change across the organization. Mentor and coach designers on how to create human-centered AI tools that are ethical, intuitive, and valuable.
Job Requirements
Over 15 years of experience designing complex digital products in fintech or corporate banking environments.
Proven expertise in AI/ML-enabled product design, including interaction design for conversational agents, co-pilots, and intelligent systems.
Solid experience in AI solution and experience design, product design in the corporate banking sector.
Strong visual and interaction design skills, with the ability to express complex ideas through wireframes and prototypes.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Skilled at navigating ambiguity and aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
Passionate about the intersection of design, data, and emerging technologies.
