Overview
Role: Lead AI Design Strategist
Contract: 6 months (renewable)
Description: As Lead AI Design Strategist you will be responsible for kickstarting our Design practice in AI for CIB platforms. This means you’ll be tasked with setting up the frameworks we need to design the AI experience in our tools that will delight our coverage people and meet the goals of our Corporate and Institutional business. You will have experience designing products in domains such as fintech and or large corporate banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll create the frameworks and playbook for designing AI tools to deliver a standout user experience across CIB coverage platforms & services.
You introduce and develop frameworks specific to AI including conversational UX, agent based design, co-pilot interactions, intelligent automation, and explainability.
You use wireframes to express your vision and seek alignment.
You will be a close and trusted partner to the product owner, business owner, data science teams, and engineering teams to understand their needs, goals and what makes a difference to them. As a senior candidate you will use your knowledge and skill to help them define and refine problem statements.
You partner with our AI Service Designer and AI product designer to strategise the designs of our products.
You frequently engage with our research, analytics and value capture teams to understand pain points and opportunities to improve the experience.
You will use your entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be hands-on. Drive, grit and the ability to evangelise the significance of user experience is an important skill for any senior team member to affect the change we’re after.
You coach and mentor our design teams to understand how to design for AI tools.
