Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the Nurse Clinician. \
  • Provide personalized patient care by performing clinical procedures that meet the patients' immediate physical and emotional needs. \
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery. \
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety. \
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and objectives. \
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure evidence-based practice. \
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards. \
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. \
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team. \
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a commitment to teamwork, respect, and open communication. \\(/ul)\

Requirements:

  • \
  • A diploma in nursing or a state-registered nurse certificate is required. \
  • Relevant advanced nursing diplomas or equivalents are preferred for senior staff nurse positions. \
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. \
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an asset, but not essential. \
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are necessary to navigate complex patient care situations. \
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. \\(/ul)\
