About the Role We are seeking part‐time adjunct trainers who are passionate and experienced in upskilling mid‐career professionals in the discipline of business and data analytics. As an adjunct trainer, you will deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on data analytics and machine learning topics, and help trainees transition into new careers by providing mentorship and guidance throughout their learning process. Key responsibilities include Deliver high quality adult training sessions in the areas of business and data analytics, including topics such as: Data Analytics using Excel Data Visualization using Power BI and Tableau Analytics programming using Python and associated libraries Machine Learning modelling using Python and associated libraries Analytics solutioning using low‐code/no‐code tools such as Orange Data Mining Prompt‐based development using GenAI platforms such as ChatGPT AI automation using tools such as n8n and Power Automate What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, AI, or a related discipline Professional certifications in Adult Education and Lifelong Learning (e.g., WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning, WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and performance, etc.) are highly desirable Professional certifications in business analytics, data analytics, or related areas (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, etc.) are also preferred Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analytics, data analytics, data science, or a related discipline Previous teaching or training experience, particularly in an adult education or professional development setting Demonstrated experience with real‐world data analytics projects, including hands‐on experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Orange Data Mining etc. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and engaging way Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a commitment to helping students succeed Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment Seniority level Mid‐Senior level Employment type Part‐time Job function Training Industries Professional Training and Coaching and Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
