Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure smooth service delivery and contract execution. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. 8–10 years in ACMV service and maintenance, including 3–5 years in a managerial/BD role. Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, etc.). Proven experience in tendering, contract management, and client relationship building. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and tender documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
