What the role is: As a Knowledge & Resources Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting administrative operations and resource management to ensure smooth functioning of the Building & Research Institute. What you will be working on: Working closely with various stakeholders, you will: Manage vendors and process procurement requests such as creating Purchase Orders through GEBIZ and the Financial & Procurement System (FPS). Support asset and keys management processes including creating asset numbers in FPS, coordinating asset tagging, and maintaining records of equipment maintenance and replacement schedules. Manage the physical and electronic records, including the creation, storage, retention, and disposal. Maintain digital resource platforms such as HDB's photos repository to ensure accessibility of organisational assets and proper documentation. Handle day‐to‐day logistical matters including managing workstation arrangements, responding to meeting room booking requests, arranging refreshments for meetings, official visits and events. Drive continuous improvement through digitalisation and streamlining of administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors. What we are looking for: Relevant experience in administrative services and records management. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Self‐motivated individual who can work independently while being an effective team player. Working knowledge of government procurement processes and systems would be an advantage.
