What the role is: As a Digital Delivery Specialist (Data), you will work closely with partners from public & private sector to drive greater adoption of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) in the Built Environment (BE) sector through development and adoption of digital data standards, workflows & solutions. You will also be part of a team to prepare, equip and support the digital transformation of various stakeholders in the BE ecosystem.* Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) is the use of digital technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) to integrate work processes and connect stakeholders working on the same project throughout the construction and building life‐cycle. This includes design, fabrication and assembly on‐site, as well as the operations and maintenance of buildings. What you will be working on: Manage Development & Adoption of Digital Data Standards, Workflows & Solutions 1. Manage the development of digital data standards, workflows & solutions for the Built Environment (BE) sector to ensure timely completion within approved budget. 2. Coordinate with public sector partners to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with objectives. 3. Engage with industry solution providers, BE project owners & other stakeholders to adopt the digital data standards. 4. Monitor and report on project KPIs, including access to structured data, interoperability across BE digital solutions, and adoption of standards. 5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the roll‐out of digital data standards, workflows & solutions for HDB's building projects. 6. Manage change processes, including impact assessment, stakeholder feedback gathering, implementation planning, and communication strategy development. What we are looking for: 1. Background in building‐related disciplines (e.g. Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Project Management etc), Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2. Preferably with strong understanding of data science concepts and proficiency in the development & integration of APIs. 3. Experience with digital transformation projects, preferably in the construction or built environment sector and knowledge of the Singapore BE sector will be an added advantage. 4. Possess excellent project management, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 5. Able to work effectively in a cross‐agency collaborative environment. Successful candidates will be offered a 2‐year contract as a start.
