What You'll Do: Assist with payroll preparation and processing, including validating attendance records, overtime payments, resignations, and other related tasks. Ensure the accurate calculation and execution of payroll. Review and process invoices received from outsourced service providers. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related issues. Support daily HR and administrative operations and responsibilities. Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department. Submit and track statutory claims such as NS make-up pay and government-paid leave. Prepare and generate reports related to payroll activities.
