Client Services Executive

As part of our frontline team, you will play a key role in supporting families and ensuring a smooth experience during times of need. Responsibilities Assist families with the purchase of niches and remembrance products (plaques, urns, etc.)Handle enquiries and service requests via phone, email, or in person Work closely with funeral directors and bereaved families on the rental and setup of memorial rooms Manage administrative and operational tasks related to memorial room rentals, niche purchases, and product sales Conduct daily operational checks with the Facilities Team to ensure standards in cleanliness, safety, and maintenance Support the organization of events such as bi-annual Memorial Services and church/community gatherings What We're Looking For O-Level or Diploma, with at least 2 years of relevant customer service experience Empathetic, service-oriented, and composed when dealing with families during difficult times Organized and proactive, able to multi-task and work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital systems Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (5-day work week, rostered schedule)Why Join Us Be part of a mission-driven organization that provides meaningful service to the community Gain experience in a unique, purpose-led environment Supportive team culture with opportunities for growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
