Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our project teams and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering various project assignments, such as overseas expansion support, business strategy development and execution, sustainability strategy, new business creation, HR and organizational development, M&A.
  • Business development for generating new project opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Manager to Senior Manager level experience in a consulting firm.
  • Ability to embrace change, take initiative and work autonomously towards ambitious goals.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and passion for tackling high-difficulty challenges.
  • Leadership and resilience to lead project teams even in cases where there are no established success approaches.
  • Strong communication skills to engage deeply with clients and co-creation partners.
