Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors and suppliers. You will also issue and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure best value in terms of price, quality, and reliability.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors and suppliers.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Production to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Requires 2 years of experience in a Buyer, Purchasing, or similar procurement role.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as inventory control.
