Overview Store / Assistant Manager (Fashion Retail and Beauty) role at Singapore Jobs . You will lead the team to achieve sales performance in the short and long term, including targets for turnover, profitability, and client database growth. You will motivate and guide the team and nurture their professional growth. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team. Drive and exceed store sales and KPIs. Strong leadership and people management skills. Sales and target-driven with a results-focused mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A passion for customer service and styling. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Strong attention to detail in stock management and store presentation. Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays as required.
