Your Key Responsibilities Own Our Digital Narrative: Lead our social media strategy (IG, FB, WeChat, Weibo), creating compelling content that builds community and inspires our audience. Drive Campaign Performance: Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta) to boost lead generation and brand loyalty. Master Our Metrics: Utilize SEO, Google Analytics, and other tools to track performance, derive insights, and fuel data‑driven growth. Develop Engaging Content: Write and strategize blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials that connect deeply with our community. Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with the CEO and leadership on marketing strategy, bringing your ideas to the table and seeing them through to execution. Amplify Our Events: Help organize and promote empowering online and offline events that celebrate and support mothers. We are Looking For Someone With Proven creativity and a bold, strategic mindset. Hands‑on experience with social media management, Meta Business Suite, and Canva. A bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to engage our diverse audience. A data‑informed, curious, and growth‑oriented approach. Excellent collaboration skills and a positive, proactive energy. A background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
