They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance across all levels (operation, technical, and corporate roles). Work closely with Project Lead and Department Head to understand manpower requirements and project timelines. Build and maintain positive relationships with new hires, conducting periodic check‐ins to ensure smooth adaptation and integration into the company. Proactively identify any adjustment issues and provide timely feedback to management for appropriate support or intervention. Source candidates through various channels including job portals (e.g. MyCareersFuture, JobStreet), LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting. Collaborate with local and overseas universities and institutions to develop talent pipelines through internships, graduate placements, and campus engagement initiatives. Support employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice in the construction industry. Qualifications Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field. Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or built environment sector.
