Private Banking Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-driven and service-focused professional to join our team as a Private Banking Professional. This role offers a rare chance to work alongside experienced professionals in managing and strengthening connections with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Relationship Managers to deliver seamless support to UHNW clients across investment and banking transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and regulatory documents, including KYC, AML, and suitability assessments.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients, internal departments, and product teams to facilitate daily banking operations, credit requests, and investment implementation.
- Monitor adherence to internal controls and regulatory guidelines by tracking client risk profiles and transaction activities.
- Contribute to client reporting by preparing presentations, portfolio summaries, and performance updates that support business development efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or client servicing within financial services.
- Good knowledge of investment and credit products, along with private banking workflows.
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Mandarin language skills are preferred for liaising with clients in the Greater China market.
- CACS Papers 1 & 2 are mandatory.
- Strong communicator and team player with a client-first mindset.
