Job Title: M&E Manager (Office based) (ID6041)
Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:30PM
Salary: $7,500- $8,000
Roles & Responsibilities (M&E)
1.\tEnsure timely execution of M&E works per standards, codes, and safety regulations.
2.\tCoordinate with clients, consultants, authorities & subcontractors on M&E matters.
3.\tLead site team (M&E, structural, architectural) to meet quality and client specs.
4.\tAttend site CCM meetings; resolve technical issues.
5.\tEnsure timely approval of M&E drawings, materials & methods per master schedule.
6.\tSupervise M&E staff and subcontractors to follow approved plans and procedures.
7.\tReview M&E Variation Orders; report progress/issues to HQ.
8.\tConduct M&E inspections, quality checks & resolve on-site technical problems.
9.\tReview specs/drawings; identify discrepancies; issue RFIs or coordinate resolutions.
10.\tManage monthly M&E meetings; oversee all M&E aspects.
11.\tAddress M&E issues during the DLP period.
12.\tSupport D&B projects alongside consultants and architects.
Requirement

• \tDegree or equivalent qualified

• \tAtleast 10 years experience in M& E
