IT Application Manager
Our client in pharmaceutical industry is looking for a seasoned IT professional to support and lead the management of core business systems. This role will focus on ensuring application reliability, compliance, and alignment with operational goals across departments.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily performance and maintenance of key systems (e.g., MES, LIMS, QMS, ERP).
  • Manage upgrades, system changes, and validations under regulatory and quality frameworks (GxP , 21 CFR Part 11, CSV).
  • Maintain system documentation and support audit readiness.
  • Act as the bridge between IT and business teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Drive application-related projects including new implementations and enhancements.
  • Handle vendor coordination, incident management, and change control processes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar field.
  • 7+ years in application management, ideally within pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing domain.
  • Prior exposure to systems such as MES, LIMS, QMS, or ERP is highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of compliance frameworks including CSV, GxP , and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and validation practices.
  • Effective in leading cross-functional efforts and managing multiple projects.
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication, documentation, and technical problem-solving.
