Working Schedule:
Rotating between Mon to Sun (Morning: 8.45am to 6.15pm / Afternoon: 11.45am to 9.15pm)
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to public enquiries through phone, email, or live chat in a clear and empathetic manner
Serve as the first point of contact for users accessing a platform / system
Share accurate info and guide users with patience and professionalism
Raise complex cases to the relevant team when needed
