Job Description

Retail Associate / Assistant

  • Location: Changi Airport / Jewel
  • Working Days: 5 days work week
  • Working Timing: Shift work 6am - 12am
  • Transport Provided: First and last shift.
  • Salary Range: $2200 - $2500+ Commission (average $450-$

The Role

As a Retail Associate/Assistant, you will report to the Operation Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day store operations, delivering exceptional in-store experiences to customers, achieving monthly sales targets, promoting and demonstrating products to tourists and walk-in customers, handling customer inquiries and explaining product benefits effectively, managing POS systems, payments, and cash handling, overseeing in-store inventory and conducting regular stock checks, coordinating with the back-end office on sales matters, addressing customer feedback and providing excellent after-sales service, conducting customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups, maintaining accurate daily sales records, ensuring the store is clean and well-organized, and performing other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have GCE 'O' Level qualifications and at least 1-2 years of retail experience. You must also be able to commit to shift work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
