Job Summary ">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cross-Border Operations Manager to lead our cross-border operations in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with various stakeholders, ensuring security of operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective systems and controls to monitor operational performance ">
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs with stakeholders ">
  • Manage security at application centers and ensure effective controls are in place to prevent physical and data security breaches ">
  • Conduct resource planning and allocation, manpower forecasting activities for cities on a regular basis ">
  • Develop and influence relationships with key decision-makers from the Mission ">
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff on a regular basis ">

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent professional qualifications ">
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a management role required ">
  • Proactive, committed, and able to work under pressure ">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team ">
  • Knowledge of Indian dialects is essential ">
