Provide Solutions : Deliver accounting, audit, and tax solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Ad-Hoc Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Knowledge Sharing : Guide co-workers by sharing accounting, auditing, and taxation expertise.
Team Leadership : Grow and motivate the team by demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Profit Targets : Ensure the company meets its profit targets within the designated timeframe.
Assistant Accounts Manager Responsibilities : Fulfill duties associated with the role of Assistant Accounts Manager.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent and/or 'CPA Singapore' preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in either an Accounting or Audit Firm.
Good knowledge of FRS & experience in accounting, audit, and tax.
Resourceful, analytical, independent, and meticulous.
Team player with strong communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
9 am to 6 pm, Mondays to Fridays (Flexi Work Arrangement, will be allowed to work from home once a week, subject to work efficiency).
Will lead a team of 6-7 Account execs and Senior Account execs.
