Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Professional to join our team. As a Storage Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of regional storage initiatives and enhancing enterprise-level storage platforms.

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of storage solutions for large-scale storage systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective stakeholder management.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures for storage management, including capacity allocation, storage migrations, and security compliance reviews.
  • Conduct regular health checks, system hardening, and baseline compliance reviews to maintain a secure environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level storage platforms, preferably with hands-on knowledge of major storage systems.
  • Strong understanding of core storage concepts, including volume management, file systems, replication, snapshots, data migration, snapshot & replication technologies, and connectivity technologies.
  • Experience with storage upgrades and version management is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Project management experience (3+ years) is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in SAN, NAS, and Object Storage administration at an intermediate to advanced level is required.
