Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Storage Specialist to manage storage projects, provide operational support, and ensure the stability, security, and performance of storage environments across the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Support and manage enterprise storage projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Operational Support: Provide Level 3 operational support for enterprise storage infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning and resolving complex issues.
  • Configuration and Design: Maintain configuration standards, design guidelines, and standard operating procedures for storage environments.
  • Resource Allocation: Perform storage resource allocations, migrations, and upgrades in compliance with internal processes.
  • Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with teams during project stages to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Vulnerability Management: Support vulnerability management, baseline checks, and storage hardening to maintain data security.
  • Reporting: Produce health-check, dashboard, and compliance reports as needed to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise storage administration and support.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of EMC PMAX/VMAX & ECS, Pure Storage, NetApp, Brocade switches, and CleverSafe.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of storage hardware, file systems, volume management, data migration, snapshots, replication, and connectivity technologies.
  • Process Experience: Hands-on experience with storage code upgrades and processes.
  • Management Skills: Proficiency in SAN, NAS, and Object Storage management at intermediate to advanced level.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English.
  • Additional Qualification: Project management experience is an advantage.
