Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using
C#/.NET
Build and improve
data pipelines , automation tools, and internal platforms
Migrate and modernize existing scripts and workflows (e.g. Python/Excel) into
cloud-native solutions
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet real-world needs
Ensure code is maintainable, testable, and well-documented; contribute to
automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Leverage
Microsoft Azure
to deploy and manage scalable, secure infrastructure
Participate in design discussions and help shape architectural decisions
Data:
SQL Server, non-relational databases
DevOps & Tools:
Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
Architecture:
REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software development, ideally in a business-facing environment
Strong proficiency in
C#/.NET , with experience building scalable systems
Solid Python knowledge, especially for scripting or lightweight tools
Comfortable working in a cloud environment ( Azure preferred )
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code practices, and test automation
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A collaborative mindset and willingness to engage with different parts of the business
