Role Overview We’re looking for a mission-critical Executive Assistant who thrives in chaos, takes initiative, and wants to be more than “just an EA.”This role is half Executive Assistant, half mini Chief of Staff : you’ll manage the daily operational backbone (scheduling, recruiting, admin) while also plugging gaps, unblocking leadership, and keeping the company’s momentum sharp. If you’re hungry, adaptable, and want front-row access to how a high-growth startup scales globally — this is it. Key Responsibilities Core Duties Master calendar coordination and time-zone alignment for senior leadership (CEO, Co-Founder, Head of Growth)Handle admin tasks, document prep, and rapid follow-ups Drive recruiting ops: scheduling, candidate check-ins, coordinating with hiring team Serve as the “catch-all” operator — solving whatever slows the team down Stretch Opportunities (for the right person)Assist with internal projects, research, and reporting Contribute to customer/community support touchpoints Take on special projects with founders that cut across business functions Requirements Startup mindset — urgency, ambiguity, and “always-on” pace energize you, not drain you Proactive problem-solver — anticipate needs and act before being asked Tech-savvy operator — comfortable with productivity tools, Slack/Notion-type workflows Strong communicator — polished written and verbal English Organized and detail-driven — able to keep multiple plates spinning smoothly Personable & adaptable — you can hold your own with founders, partners, and candidates alike Nice-to-Have Prior EA or Chief of Staff experience in a startup or founder-led environment Experience supporting senior executives with heavy workloads and shifting priorities Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year for global conferences and offsites Why Join Us?Work directly with founders and leadership at a pivotal scaling moment Become the operational heartbeat of a company doubling revenue every two weeks Fully remote, globally distributed team with elite operators and technologists Unparalleled exposure to crypto, HFT, and startup growth operations Competitive compensation + future growth opportunities Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer.
