Main Responsibilities: Reporting to the CEO, you shall be responsible to: Act as a central point of contact for local and regional regulatory issues Oversee and ensure compliance with all MAS regulations Monitor sanctions developments and their impact on the business Lead or participate in compliance review covering key aspects of the Company’s operations to ensure adherence to the Group’s policies, operating procedures and regulatory requirements Provide necessary compliance trainings to staff Formulate the Compliance and Governance strategy (including Enterprise Risk Management – ERM)Work closely with the Head of Departments on sales, partnership, non-disclosure, PDPA agreements and other contracts Evaluate and perform risk assessments of contractual obligations, highlight and report any non-compliance/risk findings and provide appropriate recommendations to the management Job Requirements: University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and proven record in marketing project management Good knowledge of digital/e-marketing tools and systems Good understanding of the Singapore consumer market Strong analytical, organization, leadership and presentation skills Able to work independently and as a team player Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Other Information and Benefits: 5-day work week (9 am – 6 pm)Walking distance from Tanjong Pagar MRT Attractive variable performance bonus, annual leave entitlement, outpatient and dental benefits, group hospitalization and surgical, personal accident and term life insurance, etc. Interested applicants, please forward your detailed resume, stating qualifications, reason for leaving each employment, work experience, availability, current and expected salaries to NOW.
