What The Role Is
You drive MINDEF/SAF digitalisation efforts through strategic planning and transformation management at the enterprise level, advancing MINDEF/SAF digital maturity across all functional domains.
What You Will Be Working On
Explore and propose harmonised enterprise business, data, solutions, and technology architectures
Research, develop, and maintain enterprise platform strategy and landscape
Establish robust and scalable technology foundations that support long-term digitalisation objectives
Manage enterprise platforms and ensure optimal performance and strategic value delivery
Manage enterprise architecture working groups and governance committees
Facilitate collaborative decision-making
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Plan and secure funding to support strategic initiatives
Challenges

Ensuring strategic alignment across domains
Delivering scalable technology foundations
What We Are Looking For
Education in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering
At least 2 years of IT development experience is preferred
Experience in project management, project delivery or capabilities development roadmap planning
Good understanding of IT system capabilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proactive, analytical and result-oriented approach
Customer-focused mindset
Strong team player abilities
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
