Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will lead the end-to-end development of merchandise, from concept to production and distribution.

  • You will curate merchandise ranges that align with brand identity, audience insights, and cultural trends.
  • Collaboration is key - you will work closely with designers, suppliers, and production vendors to manage timelines, quality, and cost control.
  • Developing merchandising-led content strategies that support campaigns, events, launches, and brand partnerships will be an important part of your role.
  • You will produce and manage a campaign/content calendar (in partnership with the marketing team) to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Briefing and overseeing creative teams on campaign narratives - ensuring tone, story, and product integration are on-brand - is also an essential responsibility.
  • Liaising with internal departments (e.g. marketing, partnerships, operations) to ensure cross-functional alignment is critical to success.
  • Tracking merchandise performance metrics, campaign results, and generating post-mortem reports will provide valuable insights for future growth.
  • Effective inventory planning and e-commerce integration are also crucial components of this role.
  • Consistency of brand tone and storytelling across all merchandise and related content is paramount.
