Rubick has catalogued over 5M SKUs for 200+ leading eCommerce brands like Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, TataCliq, Hudson Bay, The Luxury Closet, and Myer across India, US, Singapore, Australia, UAE and other international markets. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Editor Manager to oversee our editorial team and ensure the production of high-quality content across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen editorial eye, and a solid understanding of content strategy, editorial workflows, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Editorial Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of editors, writers, and content creators to deliver compelling, error-free content. Content Strategy: Develop and implement editorial strategies that align with company goals, target audience needs, and SEO best practices. Quality Control: Oversee the editing process to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines. Workflow Management: Streamline editorial workflows to improve efficiency, including content planning, scheduling, and review processes. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and content integration. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze content performance, using data to refine strategies and enhance audience engagement. Training & Development: Provide regular training sessions and feedback to enhance team skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in editorial roles, with at least 2 years in a management position. Strong editorial and proofreading skills, with a deep understanding of grammar, style, and tone. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms. Preferred Skills: Experience with multimedia content . Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms. Knowledge of project management tools.
