Job Title

A financial planning professional is needed to support the forecasting, planning and analysis activities of the Vision Care FP&A team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance/ Business, with at least 3 years of experience in audit or finance. Strong planning/prioritization skills are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities of the Vision Care FP&A team.
  • Perform financial analysis for decision support to business partners.
  • Deliver standard reporting and performance analytics.
  • Review quarterly report with business partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance/ Business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in audit or finance.
  • Strong planning/prioritization skills.

Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes, independent thinking, and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success. Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office is required.

Must be able to challenge status quo and have a continuous improvement mindset.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
