Associate Director of Donor Communications Join to apply for the Associate Director of Donor Communications role at The Nature Conservancy . Overview As Associate Director of Donor Communications, you will oversee, manage, and participate in the development of highly customized communication materials to cultivate, solicit, and steward ultra‐high‐net‐worth global citizens and corporate donors. You will partner with the Director of Donor Communications to build donor‐communication strategies for emerging markets, collaborate with regional teams, support colleagues worldwide, and directly supervise staff. Responsibilities Lead the development and dissemination of key organizational messages and donor‐communication advice across the Global Development division. Partner with the Director of Donor Communications to cultivate relationships with dynamic global fundraising teams and develop donor‐communication strategies for emerging markets. Support and deepen collaboration with regional donor communications teams and manage cross‐functional initiatives with marketing, strategic communications, conservation, legal, and finance. Provide donor‐communication training and guidance to a wide range of TNC colleagues, including executive team fundraising and donor relations leadership. Supervise staff and manage multidisciplinary teamwork across complex organizational structures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 7+ years related experience. Experience managing and supervising a multidisciplinary team. Experience developing, managing, and implementing strategic goals and multiple projects. Experience working across complex organizations and cross‐functional teams at multiple levels. Background in donor communications, non‐profit fundraising strategy, or related field. Proficiency in synthesizing materials from multiple sources into a coherent summary. Desired Qualifications Multilingual skills and cross‐cultural experience. Effective training and presentation skills. Experience managing a geographically dispersed team. Expert knowledge of current and evolving trends in donor communications. Understanding of best practices in non‐profit management. Salary Information This position may be based in any country where TNC has an established entity, taking into consideration legal restrictions. For U.S. based applicants only, the starting pay range for this position is generally within the range of $110,200 - $160,650 for annual base salary. For all other applicants, pay ranges will be in local currency, based on the local labor market.
