Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (US Market)
to join our
Growth & Intelligence Marketing
team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
This role will see you planning, executing and optimizing our paid media buys across various channels.
What you'll be doing:
Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, Pinterest, Bing, and retargeting partners.
Manage media budgets across key markets, making strategic allocation decisions to drive performance.
Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and extract insights for continuous optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support campaigns, propose creative ad ideas, and drive key marketing initiatives.
Liaise with external partners and stay up to date on industry trends to keep Castlery ahead in performance marketing.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Data Analytics roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data; experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
