Cybersecurity Network Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Network Specialist to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Network Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing post-sales support for Cybersecurity and Network Performance Monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post-Sales Support : Provide technical assistance to customers in resolving issues related to Cybersecurity and Network Performance Monitoring solutions.
  • Project Implementation : Participate in large-scale local and regional project implementations to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • On-Site Services : Deliver on-site services, including testing, deployment, and preparing technical documentation for customers.
  • Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and resolve issues by leveraging existing knowledge bases and known issue documentation.
  • Standby Support : Be part of a 24×7 standby support rotation for maintenance calls to ensure prompt response to customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience : 1-2 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in network support and administration.
  • Skills : Strong understanding of routing and switching technologies, with CCNA or CCSA certification.
  • Personal Qualities : Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment, self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn emerging technologies.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
