Our solutions team works closely with partners and customers to provide expert advice and support on cybersecurity and network products.

This role is ideal for an individual with some basic knowledge of networks and cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey.

The Solutions Engineer will undertake the implementation of multiple cybersecurity/network products at the L1/2 level, encompassing tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for assigned products.

This position reports to a Technical Manager and involves:

  • Support calls for L1/L2 troubleshooting
  • Assisting with healthchecks and upgrades for cybersecurity and network devices
  • Handling Project Kick off Meetings
  • Mounting/relocation of cybersecurity/networks equipment
  • Configuration of cybersecurity/networks equipment
  • Migration of cybersecurity/networks equipment
  • User Acceptance Tests
  • Drafting documentation for projects
  • Proactively managing customer expectations
