Restructuring and Forensics Professional

Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to clients and stakeholders, working closely with our team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of official documents, emails, and reports.
  • Take control of business premises and assets, followed by realization.
  • Gather information from books/records of clients and third parties.
  • Index and safekeep books and records.
  • Recover debts.
  • Adjudicate creditors' claims.
  • Investigate past transactions.
  • Assist in the financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals.
  • Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Clarify issues/problems and communicate clearly and timely to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Law, or other professional accounting qualifications recognized by ISCA.
  • Entry-level candidates with less than 2 years of experience in corporate insolvency and/or external audit, or candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience for the senior position.
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and construct solutions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
  • A strong team player.
