Roles & Responsibilities Witflux Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Yishun North Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring the efficient use of resources and delivering value for our clients. What you'll be doing Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Monitoring project costs and expenditures, and providing regular financial reports to project managers Identifying and evaluating cost-saving opportunities throughout the construction process Advising on contractual and commercial matters, and resolving any disputes that may arise Collaborating with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects within budget and on time What we're looking for Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and financial reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and other relevant tools Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in the construction sector Prefer Singaporeans or Permenent Residence Immediate Hiring What we offer At Witflux Engineering, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
