Financial Analyst New Cyprus

Swiss-based VC fund is a $150M VC fund focused on early-stage technology companies (incl. Deep Tech, B2B SaaS, EdTech). The fund operates with a Swiss-based asset management company and has investment vehicles structured in the Cayman Islands and Delaware.
We have offices in Zurich, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Bremen with the ability to work remotely (negotiable).
Responsibilities
Management accounting (maintaining an additional set of financial records to facilitate comparison with the third-party fund administrator, four legal entities).
Quarterly review and approval of Net Asset Values and Financial Statements prepared by external service providers, including monitoring performance and rationalizing NAV movement within the portfolio.
Participation in closings and capital process business flow from the financial point of view.
Requirements
VC or PE accounting experience.
Financial analysis experience.
Financial education and financial proficiency.
Fluency in the English language.
