Job Description:
Below is a fast-growing and dynamic production company, seeking an ambitious and driven Visionary Video Producer to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for storytelling and video production.
We are responsible for creating engaging and impactful content for our clients. This includes developing concepts, coordinating shoots, and overseeing post-production edits. Our ideal candidate will be part of the full creative process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and pitch innovative video concepts to clients.
  • Assist in pre-production, including storyboarding and shoot planning.
  • Be present and proactive on shoot days.
  • Oversee post-production edits to ensure high-quality results.
  • Liaise with clients to gather feedback and align on expectations.
  • Manage timelines, briefs, and deliverables efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in video production (internship to full-time conversion welcome).
  • Passion for storytelling and video production.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A team player who is hungry to learn and take initiative.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or basic editing workflows.
