Role Description

As a Junior Creative Lead, you'll be responsible for bringing bold video concepts to life. You'll partner with senior management to shape original, compelling video ideas that stand out. Your primary focus will be on guiding projects from the spark of an idea to the final cut.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative video strategies
  • Write sharp scripts and visual storyboards that set the tone and vision
  • Lead shoots and editing sessions with confidence, turning raw footage into powerful stories
  • Mentor and manage a team of video producers, editors, and creatives to produce their best work
  • Oversee every stage of production, from pre-prod to post, ensuring excellence at every step

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or a related creative field. Additionally, you should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in video production, with directing credits that show your vision in action.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A sharp creative instinct with a passion for visual storytelling that captivates and connects
  • Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative spirit that lifts the team
  • Proficiency in editing software like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Avid
  • Solid experience behind the camera and with lighting setups
